Day 24 of the 30 lbs in 30 days challenge with Dax Moy
I've been really good about getting myself to bed - but that means sometimes I don't get to the computer, somehow I never feel like blogging until I've done my workouts and eaten.
I can barely remember what I did yesterday but I know that today I am feeling really tired. All my reps are down. One reason may be that I played an hour of tennis this morning, between workout 1 and workout 2. I decided against doing any more substituting as I think the workouts are designed for maximum fat burning and I really want to give it everything I have for the last push. Yesterday, I took my son swimming and did all 3 workout as well so it may just be the extra is too much.
Dax has finally posted the videos for the body weight workout. So that's what we start with tomorrow. I'm glad I've already had a go - I'd be all over the place if I were trying to do it from the videos. Expecting to be even more tired tomorrow evening.
But its carb day tomorrow, hoorah

Ha ha - I feel like you write my post today. I too did not get to blogging last night because I decided it was more important to get to bed at a reasonable time. Got to get our priorities right.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I don't know how you do all the extra on top of the workouts. It's enough that I walk the dogs. Couldn't do much more, I think!

ReplyDeleteVery impressive with 3 Dax workouts and then you just go and play an hour of tennis! Wow, I don't think I could do that! Thanks for taking time today to post, it is great to read what you guys are going through, but you are very right in deciding that sleep is more important. You have lots to recover from!
