I know I said yesterday that I was going to be brief - well I really am. I've got one work out to do, drum practice before my lesson tomorrow and I'm supposed to be meeting Philip at an exhibition in 34 mn - that's not going to happen is it?
Results day today so here they are:

waist 33.25 (-0.25)

L thigh 24.75 (-0.25)
R thigh 25.25 (same)
L calf 15.875 (same)
R calf 15.75 (-0.125)
L arm 12.5 (same)
R arm 12 (same)
So totals are 7lbs and 10 3/8 inches.
Had mega workout with Dax at lunchtime and a long talk about sleep - could be the secret to unlocking the rest of the loss. Will struggle this week - but with determination

You are very lucky to be able to work out with Dax - even though I can only imagine how brutal it must be! 7 lbs total is great, and maybe with more sleep you can take even more off!
