So - I am one third of the way through Dax Moy's 30lbs in 30 days programme. I am finding the current restrictions tough to say nothing of the whole timetabling of meals and snacks and workouts and work.
had great lunch with my dad today -
snapper fillet marinaded in lemon and basil with a lot of bowls of chopped up greenery (celery, avocado, cucumber) it was a real feast and much better than anything we would have had if we had gone out to eat.
After that my own trainer came and gave me a massage. Great feeling but boy do I have some muscles which have been working harder than they are used to. Am thinking I might need to make this a regular weekly thing. I worked out that today I have done over 150 squats!
I must be mad.
But my skin looks so much better and that alone makes it worth it. We'll have to see whether the ED clears my rosacea up completely (and then I'll have the dreaded decision - if its one of the eliminated foods giving it to me can I live without it forever...)

Mmmm lunch did sound yummy! I should eat more fish its just so expensive!!

I think I have rosacea too. My skin definitely seems less red than when we started. Giving up a food that causes it shouldn't be a difficult decision. Sometime I wish nuts were the cause - I eat too many of those!
