An early post from me - Philip and I are going out tonight so I know I'll just come in and flop straight into bed -
Two great workouts so far and just off to do the third. I improved my densities on the meltdown and "reset" on the second - meaning I have a higher target for all the reps in the exercises I do - did that one with Philip which was great because he could do with some diet and exercise help too so I'm delighted he's getting on board with me - it means this will be more sustainable long term.
Also really enjoying my fruit and a couple of slices of rye bread - today is carb day! and all over the 30 in 30 community we are celebrating.
that's all folks but you can always find out more about Dax's programmes at http://www.mylondonpersonaltrainer.com/

you never knew how good carbs where until you didn't have them for a few days, right? Enjoy today, you probably have a couple more waves to go...! Good luck!
ReplyDeletesounds like you're doing great on your excercising- always improving!
ReplyDeleteHard to believe that you are reaching the halfway point for Dax's challenge. That's incredible to think about the changes and accomplishments that you have been making in so many ways.
ReplyDeleteI know it has been very encouraging for Melissa to have such an interactive group of folks in this challenge. She's definitely stepped out of her comfort zone in so many ways. In fact she's going to be coming with me on Monday morning to my boot camp along with keeping up with her 30 day challenge requirements! I am totally stoked to have her with me! Hopefully I'll even be able to post a video of what we've done on my own Blog. Stay tuned!
I've heard that Dax has been MIA for a wee bit. Not hard to believe with how busy he is. As an online instructor for a college state-side I know the students love that high level of involvement - especially when there are questions.
Anyway, keep up the excellent work! You're doing fantastic!
How great is that to have such support from the people you care most about! Truly wonderful! Keep up the great work.
Have a great weekend!
